I'm back from Spring Island where I taught a workshop and thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality. I am painting daily again and it feels great. I am working on presenting a little bit different style. Here is an image of my new favorite piece.

I spent some time studying this piece and decided I still needed to do some final touches. It will be hanging at my show at Shain Gallery Friday, March 12th. I will have several new pieces there! There will be a vertical 24x48 painting at the show which is not typical for me. Once again, trying something new!

Here is the painting I was working on yesterday. I am finally happy with it and hope to make a great sell on it! I have been painting like crazy today and feel that I have accomplished a good bit. Now for R & R!

I am working on some large pieces for the Shain Art show. Getting enthusiastic! I just love painting. I am constantly coming up with new ideas for improving my style. Here is one I am changing-will post the new picture soon.
